Meet Your K-5 Technology Teachers

Meet Your K-5 Technology Teachers

Noblesville Schools K-5 students enjoy a Technology class as part of their Related Arts classes rotation, which also includes Art, Music, and Physical Education. Learning.com, a web-based curriculum dedicated to preparing students with critical digital literacy skills, provides the framework for the K-5 Technology class.

The Learning.com EasyTech scope and sequence cover these four main areas.
  • Digital Essentials and Keyboarding
  • Online Safety and Digital Citizenship
  • Technology Applications
  • Computational Thinking and Coding
In previous school years, students have used Chromebook laptops to complete lessons and activities. Since shared Chromebook carts have not been an option this year, students have been using their iPads in the classroom.

Much credit goes to our K-5 Technology for getting our students oriented with back-to-school technology procedures. K-2 students learn how to scan their Clever badge to access digital resources managed by Noblesville Schools, and students in grades 3-5 practice logging into various applications with usernames and passwords.

Please take a moment to read the slides below to meet our K-5 Technology Teachers. This team rocks!
